Brass & Bliss Craft Co. wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We are happy to accept returns and exchanges for unused or defective merchandise.
For online orders, returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable if your order total drops below the "Free Shipping" limits, the shipping charge will be added to your order. Please email us at info@brassandbliss.com first to let us know of the return and the reasons you are returning so we can make note of it. Any exchanges from Stamp and Scrapbook Shows must be done at another show.
Please return the merchandise along with a copy of the original invoice using traceable mail. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or provide a refund based on your preference. Please include a daytime telephone number so that we may contact you if we have any questions regarding your return.
